from Simple Star Online S Summary: I have never used a more frustrating software product! Had initial download problems but worked them out to create two great slide presentations...albeit many, many hours to create. Used own music, but agree the music is very limited. Main issue is an error message that has appeared twice, and unable to open the program. The only way tech support helps is to get you back to a blank, brand new photoshow program! That's not what I want/need. I have lost everything, including completed shows, even with their step-by-step directions to save finished work. All 4500+ downloaded photos gone, need to re-down all photos. Can't get anywhere with tech support, asked for upgraded versions without this glitch, and they said not available. I am a registered user, but never received any upgrades as they say I should have! They should warn of this and automatically have consumer back up to internet site, not be an option as is now. This is completely worthless to me and don't want to get burned a third time! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE TIME! Strengths: Fun visual graphics, backgrounds, sayings Weaknesses: Everything else. Software is not reliable and I can't afford tto waste time. Tech support is a joke! Cannot get a live person. They do not solve the problem. Similar Products Used: Media Center Customer Service: Completely unhelpful.
